Industry groups have warned that without faster delivery,\u00a0<strong data-start=\"876\" data-end=\"938\">housing affordability pressures will continue to intensify<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"941\" data-end=\"1392\">These conditions highlight the growing relevance of\u00a0<strong data-start=\"993\" data-end=\"1024\">modular and offsite housing<\/strong>\u00a0as a way to accelerate delivery where traditional construction is struggling to keep pace.
