More than a concept, AusMod20K brings together the full ecosystem – aggregating housing demand, aligning developers, government and investors, coordinating a compliant cross-border supply chain between Australia and Vietnam, and standardising delivery under NCC-aligned systems. Its objective is clear: enabling the delivery of up to 20,000 modular homes by 2030.
Within this ecosystem, Aura Modular acts as the delivery engine, offering turnkey, factory-built housing solutions with fixed pricing and reduced cost volatility. With up to 90% of construction completed off-site, on-site installation can be reduced from months to just days, while maintaining full compliance with Australian standards.
