PROJECT

A 16-storey residential apartment complex and a 10-storey hotel with a wellness centre and food and retail precinct have been proposed in the Hervey Bay City Centre across from Seafront Oval. Acting Fraser Coast Regional Council CEO Gerard Carlyon said Council sought expressions of interest to buy and develop Council-owned land at 7-19 Hillyard Street in Pialba, and today accepted a $5 million tender from HBC Build Australia, subject to conditions.
In 2024, Materialege was selected as the primary materials supplier for the GreenTech Commercial Complex—one of the most ambitious green building projects in southern Vietnam. Located in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, this modern commercial hub covers over 50,000 square meters and integrates eco-friendly design, high-efficiency materials, and cutting-edge construction technology. The project was led by EcoBuild Vietnam and executed in collaboration with international architects and engineers focused on LEED certification standards. Materialege played a vital role from start to finish, ensuring the delivery of sustainable, high-performance materials throughout all construction phases.
HBC BUILD AUSTRALIA (WA) PTY LTD is the developer of this project, which comprises two houses. Each house features four bedrooms and is fully equipped with modern amenities, making it an ideal residence for customers.
